One shot stop a myth??
After reading this, I am less sure of my carry weapon which I have mentioned in previous posts. I don't know if this is a trend or an isolated incident. I suppose at the very least I should upgrade my ammo. And possible TWO extra mags.

You have to be way too close for those. I just use those to keep the wife and kids in line now.
How about shooting one out of your gun? Crossbow? Trebuchet? Oooh, just carry a big spear.

my permit is for concealed weapons only. I cannot keep two long pointed things in my pants and I already carry a pencil...

This just goes to show you that all that worrying about caliber, stopping power, blah, blah, blah is silly. Sometimes dey gonna drop and sometime dey won't. Or you can use the other rule a cop told me: "If they're a f**king low-life scumb and a waste of skin, you can hit them with a TOW missile and they'll be OK. If you're some decent, innocent person, a .22 fragment that bounces off your finger will kill you."
