I have a solution for this.
Via Stop the ACLU
I hereby volunteer to execute anyone found guilty of rape of any child. I also will take care of anyone found guilty of abusing any child.
This should make both sides happy. No privacy violation so the ACLU will be ok, no having to deal with these scum misfit pieces of crap for the state.
A win win.
Update: As I write this post Hannity and Colmes is discussing how to handle these guys after they get out. Offender registration and the like. My solution also eliminates the need for any of this.

Just like a libertarian. Sound like a good idea but you could never get it passed.
That being said, I don't understand why we can't lock people up and throw away the key.
I know it's very expensive. Maybe advances in automated machine gun turrets will help.
